Homeless Education Data: Understanding and Leveraging Data for Greater Awareness

This NCHE tool and accompanying webinar address the federal requirements for gathering and sharing reliable, valid, and comprehensive data on CYEH. The tool includes an editable Homeless Education Data Sheet that stakeholders can use to customize datasets at the national, state, or local levels, which are valuable for elevating awareness about the number of children and youth experiencing homelessness, academic outcomes for this student population, and their unique experiences.
